Orders: Please allow up to 10 business days for print orders to ship. Album orders require significantly more time to process due to the length of time it takes to design and hand-craft each album. Initial album designs may require a number of weeks before a proof is made available for approval, particularly during busy times of the year. Once a final album design has been approved, please allow 6-8 weeks for printing as each is individually hand-crafted. All orders are packed by hand and inspected for quality and accuracy before they are shipped. Please inspect your order for damage and content accuracy immediately upon arrival and notify us within 48 hours if there is any problem with the order.
Refunds or Replacement: Requests for order replacement or refunds will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
Privacy Policy: Kevin Barre Photography, LLC will not share an individual's order history or personal information with any outside parties.
Image Access and Availability: Printed copies of all images displayed on this site may be purchased directly by any individual who visits the site. If a Client does not wish for their event(s) proofs to be made available for viewing and/or purchase by the public at large, then Client must notify Photographer and request password protection—in writing or through e-mail—at least 48 hours prior to the publication of said images on this site. If a gallery is password protected, Photographer will not share the password to said gallery with anyone, for any reason. All requests for passwords will be forwarded to the contracted client for each gallery.
Usage: Purchaser is obtaining copies of the photographs for personal use only, and shall not lend, license, or sell said copies. Additionally, Purchaser may not make photographic or digital reproductions of, or authorize any reproductions thereof, by parties other than the Photographer, unless granted a Reproduction License by the Photographer. Broadcast or Publication by the Purchaser or any agent of the Purchaser, in print or on the Internet, is prohibited without prior written consent of the Photographer. Digital Scanning and sharing on—or uploading to—the internet, of any image or product purchased from this site is specifically prohibited, unless the Purchaser has been granted a written reproduction License for said images or products. Purchaser may not alter, or allow a third party to alter, any purchased image digitally or photographically in any way. Photographer will automatically own the copyright to all derivative works that contain any portion(s) of the purchased image(s). The purchase of a print, or other product containing an image, from this site does not constitute a Transferral of Copyright, or a Reproduction License, for any included images unless said Transferral or License is included in the items purchased. If a Reproduction License is included in the items purchased, Purchaser agrees to abide by any and all stipulations and limitations that are part of the included Reproduction License with regard to reproduction of any content provided by the Photographer. Purchaser is aware that any copying or reproduction, in any manner not specifically allowed by the Reproduction License (if applicable), of any content supplied by the Photographer is a violation of Tennessee Contract Law and Federal Copyright Law. Visitors of this site may not copy or make "screen grabs" of any images on this site. Any violations of our usage policies or copyright will be vigorously prosecuted.
Inherent Qualities. Purchaser is aware that any digital media provided by the Photographer may not function in all types of equipment. Purchaser is also aware that magnetic, digital, optical, or photographic media may deteriorate over time, or through use or misuse, due to the inherent qualities of the media, and Purchaser releases Photographer from any liability for any claims whatsoever based upon deterioration, or the Purchaser's inability to use media provided by the Photographer due to such inherent qualities. No warranty is either expressed or implied with regard to usability, permanence, or lightfastness of any photographs or media provided by the Photographer beyond the original delivery date.
Gallery Expiration: Each gallery includes a clearly posted expiration date. All images in a gallery will be automatically removed from the site after a period of two calendar months from the date they are posted. If a Client needs additional time to select images for their album order, or for image purchasing, Client must request an extension of the removal date by contacting the Photographer—in writing or through e-mail—at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled removal date. There is a $50 Re-Post Fee per session or event to extend a gallery’s expiration date or to have any gallery re-posted online for an additional calendar month after the original expiration date. No expiration date will be extended, and no deleted gallery will be re-posted online prior to payment of this fee. Original versions and edited versions of an event's images will be kept by the Photographer for a reasonable period of time after the expiration of the event's gallery. No guarantee is either expressed or implied with regard to condition of original or edited versions of images from an event, or that said images will be available for purchase or re-posting after the expiration of a gallery and fulfillment of all orders placed before said expiration.
Photographer’s Standard Price List: The prices listed on this site are based on the Photographer’s Standard Price List. This price list is adjusted periodically and all future orders shall be charged at the prices in effect at the time when the order is placed. Prices on the Photographer’s Standard Price List are subject to change at any time without notification.
